Music City Romance Writers is Nashville's Romance
Writers of America® chapter. Our goal is to provide support,
information, and resources to both published and unpublished authors of
romance, women's fiction and other literary genres. We have designed this site
so that writers can obtain information about MCRW membership, upcoming events, other
sites of interest, and more.
What's New on the Site?
 December 1, 2009:
Eleventh Annual Melody of Love winners have been
notified and posted on the website.
August 24, 2009:
Eleventh Annual Melody of Love is near the end of
the first round judging phase. We hope to announce finalists in the second week
of September.
July 2, 2009:
Eleventh Annual Melody of Love is now closed for
entries. First round judging will occur during July and August 2009.
April 14, 2009:
Eleventh Annual Melody of Love accepting entries until
July 2, 2009.
Final round judges are:
Contemporary: Johanna Raisanen, Harlequin/Silhouette
Paranormal: Michelle Grajkowski, 3 Seas Literary Agency
Historical: Barbara Poelle, Irene Goodman Literary Agency

November 17, 2008:
Winners for the 2008 Melody of Love have been notified
and announced!
October 20, 2008:
September and October newsletter articles posted.
New Board for 2008 elected and will take office November 1, 2008:
President Monica McCabe, Vice President Amanda Gillespie, Secretary, Annie
Solomon, Treasurer Kim Grooms.

4, 2008: Finalists for the 2008 Melody of Love have
been notified and announced! If you are a finalist and you have not
received an email, please contact the coordinator,
Jody Wallace.
